There are times in life when something shifts - quietly or all at once - and the way you’ve always managed no longer works.

Sometimes it’s a diagnosis. Sometimes it’s burnout that built gradually over years. Sometimes it’s grief, caregiving, hormonal changes, or a mind that won’t turn off, no matter how hard you try. You’re still functioning. Still showing up, but underneath, something feels off: less like yourself, more reactive, more exhausted, less certain of who you are and how to move forward.

I work with people in these in-between spaces, the moments when life has changed, but clarity hasn’t caught up yet. As a clinical psychologist specializing in Health Service Psychology, I use evidence-based CBT to help clients understand what’s happening in their minds and bodies, and more importantly, to change their relationship to it. Not just to cope, but to regain a sense of direction, agency, and purpose.

Together, we identify what has been lost, what still remains, and what can be rebuilt. Because even when circumstances can’t immediately change, your ability to respond, choose, and live meaningfully can be reclaimed.

This is not about becoming a different person. It’s about returning to yourself- with more clarity, flexibility, and intention.
